CWIT is submitting a Neighborhood Stabilization Program proposal
Chicago Women in Trades intends to apply for a 15 million dollar grant from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development's Neighborhood Stabilization Program to fund the purchase of forclosed and/or abandoned properties and the development of 100 units of affordable housing in the Woodlawn community.
